Return & Exchange Policy

Most products in brand-new condition—free from scratches or damage caused by the customer—can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. If the return or exchange is due to our error (for example, you received a wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds are usually processed within four weeks after we receive your return, though in many cases you may receive your refund sooner. This timeframe includes 5–10 business days for the carrier to deliver your return to us, 3–5 business days for us to process it, and 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
