Return & Refund Policy

At ccartool.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return/exchange a product, please review the following return policy carefully. By placing an order on our website, you agree to follow the return procedures outlined below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused or in a resalable condition.
  • The product must include all original accessories, cables, manuals, packaging, and any included items.
  • The product must not show signs of damage, misuse, modification, or improper installation.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may be subject to deductions based on the condition of the returned item.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Product serial number
  • Specific reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product, its original packaging, and all included accessories. These are required for all return and exchange requests.
  • If your return is due to a product issue or defect, please also provide a detailed description of the problem, along with photos or videos whenever possible. This information helps us verify the issue and process your return or refund more efficiently.

Providing complete information helps us verify your request and provide the fastest possible solution.

Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps. Depending on the return reason, we may request additional information or supporting materials before authorizing the return.

3. Return Authorization & Return Address Instructions

Important: Do not send any product back before receiving return authorization from our customer service team.

Please note:

  • The shipping warehouse and return warehouse are different locations.
  • The address shown on your original package or shipping label is not a return address.
  • Do not return products to the shipping address or any address that has not been provided by our customer service team.

After reviewing your return request, we will provide:

  • The correct return warehouse address
  • Return instructions
  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, if applicable

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Any package returned without prior authorization, returned to the wrong address, or sent without following our instructions may be refused, lost, or become untraceable.

If a return cannot be received or processed due to the customer's failure to follow our return instructions, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Important Return Instructions:

  • Do not return any item without our prior authorization.
  • The shipping warehouse and the return warehouse are different. The shipping address shown on your package or shipping label is not our return address. Do not send your return to the shipping address.
  • After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide the correct return warehouse address, return instructions, and, where applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Our shipping warehouses are not authorized to receive returned merchandise. Returns sent without our authorization or to any address other than the one provided by our customer service team may be refused, lost, or become untraceable.
  • Any unauthorized return or return sent to the wrong address is the customer's sole responsibility. If the returned item cannot be received, identified, or processed because these instructions were not followed, we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in good condition, free from damage such as scratches, cracks, or breakage, and must include all original accessories and packaging.

Tip: Please keep the original shipping box and packaging until you are certain you wish to keep the product.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and provide supporting photos or videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized products, unless the product has a verified quality issue or manufacturing defect
  • Non-physical products, including software subscriptions, Authorization licenses, activation codes, digital products, and other virtual goods
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized repair, modification, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Products with missing serial numbers, security labels, accessories, or original packaging
  • Items returned without prior authorization or without following our return instructions

If you believe a non-returnable item has a verified quality issue, please contact our customer service team with relevant details, photos, or videos for further assistance.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or refusal of delivery), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For verified quality issues, defective products, or incorrect items sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation & Shipment Interception

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

If an order has already been shipped, we may attempt to intercept the shipment. Any interception fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Exchange Policy

If you wish to change your order:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to make changes before shipment.
  • If the package has already shipped, interception may be attempted (fees may apply).
  • If interception is not possible, we will assist with a return or exchange after delivery.

Note: Once an order has been shipped, the fastest way to receive the desired item is to place a new order for the correct product and return the item from the original order. Please contact our customer service team first before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions and assist you throughout the return process.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

10. Additional Fees Due to Customer-Related Reasons

If additional costs are incurred due to customer-related reasons — including but not limited to refusal of delivery, incorrect address provided, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages — such costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We are always open to discussing a reasonable solution.

11. EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, starting from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order. This right applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: You may initiate a return or cancellation directly from your order page within the withdrawal period. For fulfilled orders, submit a return request; for unfulfilled orders, submit a cancellation request.

Return shipping: For non-quality-related withdrawals, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For verified quality issues, defective products, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund you using your original payment method without undue delay.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to: clearance or final sale items, customized products, and software subscriptions, licenses, and other virtual goods (digital content once delivery has begun with your prior consent). Specific conditions are stated on the corresponding product pages and shall prevail.
