1.Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service via email at techsupport@acartool.com or through Live Chat. Please provide:
    • Order number
    • Product serial number
    • Brief explanation of the return reason
  • Submit a return request from your order page by selecting the appropriate return type and clearly stating the reason.

We typically respond within 48 hours. If you don’t hear from us, feel free to follow up.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in good condition, with no signs of damage (scratches, cracks, breakage), and must include all original accessories and packaging.

Tip: Keep the original shipping box and packaging until you’re sure you’re keeping the product.

4. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with supporting photos or videos so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Software upgrade services (virtual goods)

5. Exchange Policy

If you change your mind after placing an order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours to make changes before shipment.
  • If the package has shipped, we can attempt to intercept it (fees may apply).
  • If interception is not possible, we’ll assist with return or exchange after delivery.

Note: The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card company to process the refund.
