Note: For deliveries to islands, Africa, or other special regions, please contact us first to confirm shipping availability.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic delivery: 2–5 business days

• International delivery: 7–14 business days
  Please note that delivery times may be delayed during holidays, peak seasons, or due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your tracking number is available, we will email you with the tracking information.

If you are charged import duties or customs fees upon delivery, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Just provide us with a copy of the payment receipt or photo proof, and we’ll reimburse the full amount to you when you receive the package.
