No. Please do not return any item without prior authorization from our customer service team.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. If a buyer sends back an item without approval, any loss, damage, or misdelivery will be the buyer’s sole responsibility, and we will not be liable for the outcome.
Returned items must be in good condition, with no visible damage (scratches, cracks, etc.), and include all original accessories and packaging.
