Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return/exchange within 30 days of delivery. We recommend keeping the shipping box and product packaging until you confirm you will keep the item.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For return/exchange due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
