Customer service has been excellent and a 5 day delivery from date of purchase which is excellent.
So far the tool is a bit more complicated to navigate than my autel but i do enjoy the topology feature and still have some learning curves to getting to know the product. So far however i am very satisfied with my purchase and very happy with the 3 year software upgrade that it comes with.

As a professional diagnostic center tool, the D9S Pro is incredibly powerful: ECU programming, PMI offline programming, Bi-Directional tests, and CAN FD & DoIP support. Large tablet screen is smooth, and AI plus cloud database assists make complex faults easy to pinpoint. Pricier, but worth every dollar for its features!
