Note: Not compatible with American Toyota models using “H” chip blade keys. For these, use the Reset IMMO function supported on XTOOL devices like X100 PAD2/PAD3, X100 MAX, IK618, D8 series, IP819 series, A80 series, PS90, D9 series, etc.

Connection Methods

Connect via OBD:

1. Connect KC100/KC501 to your XTOOL device via USB and prepare KS-1 emulator.

2. Use the main cable to connect your device (or VCI box) with the M822 adapter.

3. Connect the Toyota 8A harness to the vehicle’s OBD port.

4. Disconnect the vehicle battery clip and connect it via the wiring harness.

5. Remove the fuse from the fuse box and plug the wiring harness into it.

6. Connect the 12V DC male port on the Toyota cable to the 12V DC female port on the main cable.

Note: Connection steps may vary by model. Extended cables or different fuses might be required. Please consult your XTOOL tablet’s wiring diagrams for detailed instructions.

Connect on Bench:

1. Connect KC100/KC501 to your device via USB and prepare KS-1 emulator.

2. Connect the immobilizer to the Toyota bench cable.

3. Connect the main cable and bench cable through the M822 adapter.

4. Power the main cable with a 12V DC adapter.
