Excellent quality product, arrived very quickly. During the driver installation process, I advise having it done by an automotive software technician to adjust the necessary parameters so that the CanClip Renault program works without issues.

The device performs its functions 100 percent. I work with CanClip. As for the software downloaded from the scanner's website, a Russian language would be preferable. Thank you.

Despite my approximately least ten emails to seller i didn't receive any actual working help from their side. Very big dissapointment. Hopefully this will help. If it will change their willingness for really looking into what i'm asking for i can change feedback to positive but at the moment it looks very very bad.

Does not work with Hyundai and the store does not handle returns. Do not buy, I advise you.

From what is described, it seems that it will arrive after a few days, but it doesn't.
Incorrect description, it seems that it can be used with included software but this is also incorrect, additional software is needed even though when I bought it I thought that given the explicit version for Renault it would include at least a light version to be able to use it, but it doesn't.
